Home.
For a whole week.
What could be better?
Being with all of my siblings?
Yes.
But this is good too.
It's been a busy weekend.
Every night since I've been home we've had people over for dinner.
It reminds me of the old days,
we used to have a different family over for dinner each week.
This weekend's been dinner overload.
Clean house.
Cook dinner.
Eat.
re-Clean House.
Every night.
I mean - I enjoy it,
I love that we are able to open our home,
and get to know people better,
it's just nice to sit and relax a bit too.
Yesterday, I went around my house and took photos of all the cool random things I found.
and then I accidentally deleted them all.
I hate when I do stuff like that.
Because I don't believe in re-taking the same photo,
or at least I try not to - I didn't retake them.
Instead I just went around and found simpler but equally as interesting things.
When my mom would ask me to water the plants
[and the times that I actually listened]
I would talk to the animal statues and pretend that giving them water
would bring them to life.
I just wanted a friend.
This was before Chesney, obviously.
We had the sister missionaries in our ward over.
They were all super outgoing and really fun.
It just so happened that it was Sister Lovejoy's 22nd birthday.
Luckily, we are always prepared -
my parent's new favorite - key lime mango pie,
home baked at Publix.
Now that our pie maker is gone -
it's what we've had to do to get pie.
Don't judge.
It was sister Yueng's last meal in Stuart before she left to go home to New Zealand.
Crazy.
Sister Raney is best friends with our California Cortney.
Actually, it's because of Cortney that Raney is a member,
and now she's serving a mission.
That's incredible.

That pie looks prettttttty delicious. And now I'm picturing you talking to animal statues. I can't decide if it's more or less weird than me pretending to be on a Pledge infomercial while I dusted the house. Yeah.
