She's a Sea Creature

Last  night - after playing Racquetball [which I'm awful at] 

I had this great creative urge. 

I saw this drawing by Daniela Henriquez and wanted to make my own.

I've been meaning to make Aleksi a new blog header for some time now. 

But everything I make -  I just delete because I think it's ugly.

But I had this awesome idea - and I knew I could incorporate it into her header perfectly. 

So I started drawing and scanning 

and I just finished. 

I stayed up super late working on it - and couldn't
concentrate in church this morning because

I had all these ideas I wanted to do. 

It looks simple - but it took me awhile.
