Final Stretch.

This is it.
The final stretch.
Semester one is so close to being over.
I have three days of school, one paper, and four exams between me and winter break.
I.cannot.wait.

Today I took my first final.
and in order to celebrate - Kate, Cynthia and I were supposed to make a music video.
but.
we didn't.

So instead Kate and I made the beginning of a stop motion.
I would post it - but I can't put all the photos into a movie - until I go home probably
because I don't have the equipment.
But on the plus side, I have another 30 day photoshop trial.

I wanted to edit a few photos like the photos on this blog.
http://marrypotter.tumblr.com/
I know - Marry Potter - Harry Potter - Max Poirier - we all have so much in common.
They're just a bunch of cool  photos from various photographers - but I really like them.

However, I messed up my first three.
I made them too grainy.
I'm recently obsessed with making photos grainy.
Just like I was obsessed with light bulbs, making pin light photos, the half-tone filter, etc.
Only, I've just realized that every photo I've made grainy - I've made wrong.
They're all too grainy.
and I want to delete them.
I have this thing where I have to save my photoshop over the original - so - I kind of can't delete them - because then I'd be deleting the memory.
I also have this thing where I want to delete all my mistakes.
So you can see why this is a problem.

Anyways, I figured out how to make them not so grainy - you have to apply the filter to one of the color masks, not to the photo itself.
It makes sense to me.
[The first three are the ugly grainy ones - the last two are the better, I-now-know-how-to grainy ones]
